"America's Favorite Singing Cowboy"

Great American Bronze Works

I was honored to have been commissioned to create and cast into bronze an 8ft. tall statue of Gene Autry for the new Gene Autry Plaza in Palm Springs, CA. Gene was a personal friend of mine for more than 20 years, and I credit his support as being the reason I was able to get my bronze business off the ground. An unveiling ceremony was held on November 17th, 2009 with Gene’s wife, Jackie, and a number of his friends, supporters and admirers present.

Every Detail of Gene’s attire from the 1941 Movie

Back in the Saddle Again” is captured in Bronze

Gene Autry was one of the first Hollywood superstars working in Television, Movies, Radio, and Recordings. His Cowboy Code established Gene as a role model for all.

He was also a Patriot; leaving his Hollywood career to enlist in the army and became a pilot in the Air Force serving in China, Burma and India. Gene went on to later become a great Entrepreneur and Philanthropist.

The Autry National Center of the American West, considered one of the finest museums in the country, was Gene’s gift to our country to perpetuate our heritage of the “Old West.”
